Escorting is a very much specialized activity and it is a major responsibility to escort the cargo/ containers which is inperishable condition. The escorting activity is shouldered to us due to our best performance track record in these long years of our operations. We track the cargo/container physically and record the relevant details as per customer's requirement and submit the report upon safe and timely delivery of cargo/container at its destination or at the assigned place.
Services offered at all sites include inspection, chemical, steam, and water washing, and container refurbishment, CSC inspections, and plate renewals. All inspections are carried out by IICL-5 qualified inspectors and repairs are to IICL-5 standards. Materials used are as per the Industry specifications and an extensive stock of spare parts is carried at all depots. Closed water recycle systems are in use for the dedicated washing bays. Reefer structural repairs can also be carried out including foaming of insulated panels and all major reefer structural parts are carried in stock. In addition pre-trip inspections and pre-cooling of reefers is offered as a service. The business holds the agencies for various manufacturers and is authorized to carry out warranty work for the agencies and maintains a large stock of spare parts. All our reefer technicians have completed extensive training from the various agencies.
